PLEASE NOTE: The Residential Caretaker must be notified at least 1 week (7 days) in advance of the date of all move-in and move-outs.
The caretaker will arrange to have the elevator pads put up and elevator keys will be given to the owners/tenants. These bookings must be completed into order to prevent any conflict between the commercial owner and the residential complex. The residential owner moving in or out will be doing so on the property of the Commercial owner consideration must be given.
