Annual General Meeting & Special Levy Approved

Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting was held on May 27th, 2010.
At the AGM, the proposed budget was passed, where a strata fee increase was implemented retroactive to April 1, 2010.
Additionally, a special resolution to repair the awning on the Mainland side of The Park Place building was approved.
Special Levies are due from owners starting July 1st.
