What’s the problem?

Will I need special training to use my website?

Your website will have it's very own "Dashboard" where you can edit, update, upload and post any news you wish, and it's as easy as working your email.

Usually the "training" required will take about 30 minutes of your time. But just in case you forget something you can access a Video Training Library that we build for each company.

 

Can I keep my website PRIVATE because I only want my building's tenants to have access to it?

Absolutely! There's a feature built into your website that makes your site invisible to Google and other search engines.

If you wish we can even incorporate Login and Password access for your tenants. You will already have a special Login Name and Password since you'll be the ADMIN.

 

Will I ever incur additional monthly charges?

No, everything is included in one monthly fee.

 

Can my site be customized beyond the standard features?

We understand that each business is unique and may require features not built into our standard templates. That's why we start your websites with a template built specifically for your Company's needs in mind. From there each building can request almost any customization as required, at no additional costs.

 

Once I place my order how long will it take before my website will be up and running?

If this is the first website for your Property Management Company, then there will usually be a few weeks required for start up time simply because we'll need that time to build and customize a template with your company's Branding.

But once your template is approved and ready we can start getting individual websites up and running for each building within a day or two of your request.

 

Can I modify my site's content, such as changing text or adding new pages?

You can easily modify the text that appears on the site by using the easy-to-use Content Manager, with a few rare exceptions that require custom HTML programming.

The Content Managing System we use is extremely user friendly, and allows you to change and adjust most of the content within your website. This includes the ability for you to upload files, documents, PDF's, etc.

 

What is the procedure if I would like to keep my existing domain name?

In most cases we simply setup a new domain name for this specific type of service so that we can build all the sub-domains required for your individual buildings.

For example, if your company's website was currently called BobairMedia.com we might create a Domain called myBobairMedia.com. One of our clients has gone with RPMStrata.ca for example. This is obviously something we would help you decide.

We can also arrange to have your current website transferred from your host to us, if this is within your control.

 

Can I get reports on Visitors and Hits to my site?

Yes, we use Google Analytics within all of our websites, so we can simply arrange to give you a login and password to access this information.

From our experience most Property Managers request that these Online Recourses stay hidden from Google, which means only your tenants will even know these specific websites exist.
